These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the International Gas & Flame ("IGF," "we," "us," or "our") website (intgasflame.com) and your purchase of products from IGF. By using this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you are using this website or purchasing on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order. This website and our products are intended for business, industrial, and professional customers, and are not offered for personal, family, or household (consumer) use.

2. Quotations and Ordering

Quotations provided by IGF, whether through this website, by email, or through our application assistant, are informational and are not binding on IGF until confirmed in writing by IGF. Product availability, sourcing options, warranty coverage, and commercial terms are confirmed during the quotation process. Online orders placed through this website are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by IGF. We may decline or cancel an order prior to shipment for any lawful reason, including pricing or listing errors, in which case any amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded. Product availability is not guaranteed. Where a quotation or order confirmation carries its own commercial terms, those terms control over these general Terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on this website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is accepted. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown or quoted before payment. Payment for online orders is processed by our third-party payment provider; IGF does not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines provided before or after an order are estimates only. IGF does not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Product Information, Specifications and Certifications

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and certification listings on this website summarize manufacturer documentation and are subject to change. The manufacturer's current published documentation controls. Certifications and approvals vary by product, model, and configuration and are confirmed during the quotation process.

6. Product Warranties

Products supplied by IGF are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any, as published by that manufacturer. IGF makes no independent product warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGF disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty coverage for a specific product is confirmed during the quotation process.

7. Returns

Returns require prior written authorization from IGF. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed. Some products, including calibration gas and special-order items, may not be returnable. Restocking fees may apply, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return results from IGF's error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGF's total liability arising out of or related to any order or use of this website will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and IGF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Safety Responsibility

Content on this website, including product pages, articles, and responses from our application assistant, is general information only. It is not engineering advice, detector-placement design, system design approval, or emergency guidance. Selection, installation, placement, commissioning, and maintenance of gas and flame detection equipment must be performed or verified by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and your facility's own safety procedures. In an emergency, follow your facility's emergency procedures and contact emergency services — do not rely on this website. International Gas & Flame does not provide emergency-response services. International Gas & Flame does not provide engineering, detector-placement, or professional-design services.

10. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The content of this website — including text, layout, and original graphics — belongs to International Gas & Flame and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Product names, manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement, affiliation or authorization.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or an order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
