International Gas & Flame ("IGF," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (intgasflame.com), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It also describes our SMS / text-messaging program.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, primarily through our quote request and contact forms, including:

• Your name and company name
• Email address and phone number
• Project details you choose to share (facility type, product category, manufacturer preference, gas type, quantity, needed-by date, hazardous-area approval, project name, and any message)
• Your consent to receive text messages, if you opt in

Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. We do not currently use any analytics platform. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts; when a page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver the font files.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote requests and inquiries
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide customer service and support
• Store your quote information in our business systems (email and customer-management software)
• Send you order, delivery, and account-related updates
• Communicate with you by email, phone, or — with your consent — text message
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

3. SMS / Text-Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from International Gas & Flame related to your quote request, order and delivery updates, and customer service.

• How you opt in: By checking the SMS consent box on our quote form and submitting your phone number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at nrios@intgasflame.com.
• Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. AI Application Assistant

Our website offers an optional "Ask IGF" application assistant. When you use it, the text of your conversation is sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Your conversation is kept in your browser for the duration of your session and is not stored on our servers — our systems record only technical metadata, such as message counts, usage volumes, and a hashed network identifier. Please do not submit confidential information, or personal data beyond what is needed for your inquiry. The assistant is optional: our quote form and email remain available without it.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, and only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Vendors who help us operate our website and communications (for example, our form/email provider; our text-messaging platform; our payment processor, which processes your payment card data directly so we never receive your full card details; and our AI service provider, which processes assistant conversations to generate responses) may process your information solely to provide those services to us, under confidentiality obligations. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party marketing.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request, fulfill orders, meet legal or recordkeeping obligations (including proof of SMS consent), and support our legitimate business needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing nrios@intgasflame.com.
• You can decline to provide information, though this may limit our ability to respond to your request.

8. Cookies & Website Storage

Our website itself does not set cookies. It uses browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to keep your shopping cart and your assistant conversation on your device. Our payment provider may set cookies during checkout to process your payment. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded videos from third-party platforms may use cookies or similar storage when you choose to play them. You can clear browser storage and control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
